The G-Shot V3 is the new digital camera from Genius and is surprisingly good.
This 10 MP camera is simple to use and looks like any other similar spec digital
camera from other better known manufacturers. Not to be cowered down, Genius
G-shot VX3 does extremely well when it comes to taking crystal clear images. The
clarity of the images is helped by the fact that that it has 3X optical zoom and
videos are also quite good with no stutter even when panning quite quickly. The
V3 can record videos at a maximum resolution of 640 x 480 at 30 fps.
The usability is simple with very few buttons on the back panel next to the
2.5-inch LCD display. There is the slider button which lets you shift between
the photo, video and slide show modes. The menu button is flanked by the
dedicated image delete button. The set button is complemented by the setting
buttons for focus, flash, self timer and the backlight exposure.
The camera comes with the Media One gallery and the Cool360 SE softwares,
which can be useful when you transfer the images to the PC through the USB using
the proprietary port on the camera.
The V3 has 32 MB built in memory, but considering it as token, we can put in
an SD/SDHC card to bump up the storage space. Plus, the higher the quality of
the image, the more space it will take. So, if you need to save space, then
reduce the image quality.

Overall, an extremely good camera. Even though it doesn't have a branded
name, but that should not stop you especially when it is performing at par with
its branded siblings.
